The CSR Group who have coupled architecture and engineering discipline with construction to bring design-build services to commercial, industrial and residential clients in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

CSR Group, founded in 1982, is a New Jersey Architectural and Design Build firm. It is comprised of CSR Associates, PA and CSR Construction Corp., implemented a vision shared by its founders, Francisco Salas AIA and Leon Cohen, AIA. That vision was to combine, under one roof, a firm that could design, manage and build a client’s project. Through that process, we have responded to the constantly changing needs of owners and workers and continue to look for new ways to help our clients and the people who work in their buildings, achieve success.

We provide services in a conventional single service mode such as architectural design, construction management, owners’ representation, project management and general contracting services. We also provide our design build approach allowing single source responsibility and a seamless relationship with the client.

Our experience as architects, engineers and planners and our expertise and hands-on experience as a general contractor puts us in a very advantageous position to successfully manage any project and effectively coordinate all the elements with all the players ensuring that even when changes occur, and often they will, those changes are handled seamlessly and economically, without sacrificing the project and plan objectives.

We have a diversified client base and extensive experience in the areas of industrial and warehousing, commercial and retail, banking and finance, transportation and manufacturing including research and development, and multi -family residential and single family custom homes.

We are particularly proud of the work we have completed for those institutions with very special needs such as hospitals, schools, recreation centers and houses of worship.
