We at the CSR Group see it all. Certainly as builders we see what skilled craftspeople should see but we really do more . . . we envision. We take pride in creating structural innovation. We are cognizant of the dictates of "form, fit and function" but that does not limit our imagination, a fact to which so many of our structures can testify. As architects, engineers and designers we see color and form and fit and purpose; we think about environmental issues and the personal impact the design will make on those people who will spend such a great portion of their day within that structure. Design is, after all, at the heart of our business and has been since its founding some 30 years ago. At CSR Group we are very aware of our responsibilities as architects to our environment and, of course, to the needs of our clients. We have maintained this balance in not only the private residences we have designed but in our industrial designs. In that arena, intelligent utilization of the land, energy resources, and thoughtful specification of building materials, result in a better return on investment for our developer clients. Our expansion into other areas enables us to make vision a reality and create that reality in a seamless fashion. We design for both aesthetic appeal and practical application. .Construction companies look at a building and see brick, mortar and steel. Electricians see miles of wiring, complex switches and control boxes; plumbers, landscapers, excavation experts and others all see that building from their own unique perspective.
