Founded in 1982, CSR Group is a New Jersey architectural and design-build firm comprised of CSR Associates, PA and CSR Construction Corp. The firm was built on a vision shared by its founders, Francisco Salas AIA and Leon Cohen AIA: to combine design, management, and construction services under one roof. This integrated approach allows us to meet evolving client needs while helping building users thrive.

We provide a range of services—from architectural design, construction management, owner’s representation, and general contracting to a streamlined design-build approach offering single-source responsibility and a seamless client relationship.
