We manage cost and quality. We are a multi-disciplined firm enabling us to provide extensive pre-construction service and support. We utilize the latest technologies for project scheduling, maintenance and performance measurement. Value analysis is provided along with options analysis. We provide two week "look-ahead" reports and we maintain stringent cost control and cost variance reporting procedures. CSR Group provides risk management services, construction management services and also provides services as an Owner's Representative. This is in addition to our Design-Build capability which is completely in-house.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Construction Management is neither a simple task nor one that is easy to define. It is a process made up of many steps that addresses multiple objectives. The primary objective is to manage productivity; successful productivity management creates efficiency, schedule integrity and maintenance of budgets. To effectively manage a project, the construction management firm must be able to grasp at once the overall scope while avoiding being blinded by the detail.
This is especially true of large projects. The Construction Manager must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the project from the architectural design, to material acquisition, to manpower scheduling, to appropriate agency interaction and more. CSR Group has designed, built and managed projects of major scope for a wide range of clients. Our experience as architects, engineers and planners and our expertise and hands-on experience as a general contractor puts us in a very advantageous position to successfully manage any project and effectively coordinate all the elements with all the players ensuring that even when changes occur, and often they will, those changes are handled seamlessly and economically, without sacrificing the project and plan objectives.
